Brilliant result....don't over-analyze it......a rare recent win...celebrate tonight...go again Monday......COYR!
Have to say that - regardless of his wonder strike - Seamus was immense
All action and back to his absolute best!!!
The "old fella" was blowing hard in the second half, but he found the energy for interceptions, tackles, forward runs, headers......sticking his foot in...and scoring a fabulous goal. Well done Seamus............Dan Martin quietly had a good game too. Some quality through balls and hold-up play.......darting runs forward......also very good balance In the team that started today......and when the Subs were made, we had decent players to bring on for a change.....which helped keep our threat going forward.
Well done players and staff........a Stanley performance with grit and determination reminiscent of Accrington teams "of old"......
Spot on (again) CG.
I too was pleased to see Dan Martin get the time to put in a good performance.
All round great effort from the squad, especially second half.
Great to see them looking for and getting the second goal, instead of retreating into a defensive mindset.

Excellent all round performance by Stanley. Great atmosphere with super support from the Stanley supporters. Crewe looked really good for the first half hour but Stanley gradually matched them. The second half was all Stanley and agree with others about Dan Martin having a really good game. Tyler Walton returning made a big difference too. All the Stanley players gave 100% for the cause. An excellent three points which was well deserved. A positive result at Gillingham would make it a nice Easter.
