Nothing, I just don't know what they are and I'd like to know what can and cant be said in the chat room.

Well I was once told the key rule of "what's said in chat, stays in chat" but other than that I don't know them.
I certainly don't think I agreed to any rules on chat when I joined the forum...

That I don't know about. There was another thread the other day, where people's p.c.'s had things on them that stopped them from going in.
Thats why I don't use it
