I have the dreaded dental appointment at 10am tomorrow. I hate going to the dentist but even if I don't need treatment, I am very much in need of a check up, scale and polish. I know that I must need something doing because it is at least 3 years since I've been seen. It will probably cost me a fortune but more importantly, it will probably be painful.

I am trying not to think about it, but nasty thoughts just keep popping into my head. I swear I even heard what sounded like a dentist's drill whilst I was finishing George off in the garden this morning.

George is nothing more than a stump now. I was quite sad at having to cut him back so far but he does grow rather quickly. I cut him down to a stump 3 years ago and within 6 months he had grown back twice as big.

I am waiting to hear from Uni about my draft dissertation. I e mailed it to them last week and may need to do a last minute edit. Jason is back off his hols today, so hopefully he'll get back to me at the end of the week. I am back at work tomorrow night for 7 nights. It will give me time to do a quick edit, print it off and get it spiral bound before handing it in on monday 31st then.............I'll be free:Banane25: :Banane25:

good luck with the D.........hope you don't need anything doing, and you get the scale and polish free....just because you work for the NHS.......Nah, it'll never happen....no perks are there?

I'm sure you will be fine with the d....entist.... as for the dissertation, I have nearly finished reading it, it is excellent although most of it is way above my head and to be honest have hardly picked anything up at all :)
