I could take the trouble to find the link, but it would be pointless, since statistics are fudged all the time in order to put present governments in a good light or past governments in a bad light. Plus the statistics gathered vary, in order to make fudging easier.

as sooin as it became apparent that judges were going soft on criminals the crime rate jumped up and the crime rate wont go down again until judges stop been soft.Another way they reduce their figures is to make crimes not crimes like possession of drugs for example.People still walking around possessing drugs but its no longer a crime so drugs related crime figures go down.Im not debating teh wrong or right of possessing drugs just giving an example

In the Real World you have to enter you details every time and most Banking sites will NOT save passwords and ask other security protection questions.
