It's quiet. I've been out playing pool and getting beat as usual. We did win some games in the match but lost over all! Won the quiz again last week and ended up doing the quiz again this week. I havent done much really. Just went to work and slept and been on here and i've tidied up today. Oh and pulled down the net curtain on the stairs - i have to put that back up tomorrow. We got the bill from the funeral directors - when i go they can throw me at the back of a ditch and have a big party with the money! Ringing people up and asking them to change the name on the bill they get right uppity and say they cant change the name on the bill they need the bill persons ok until you tell them that person has died and then they come out with the sympathy saying they are sorry about that and then say we can change the bill but we need to the last readings and then sort everything out. I did it all over the phone and got the bill - it was made out to the estate of ...... Anyway it's done now. I have to go to the post office tomorrow and pay my first bills for me because everything was in my mums name - she paid the bills and i bought the food that was how we split it between us it was easier. Had to get a tv licence as well because she was was 79 and so had a free one for the last few years. I'd forgotten all about it until i saw the thread on here - thanks for that - so signed up for it on the net. With any luck i should get one through the post soon. There is so much to sort out about the house though you forget all about things like that.
