Welcome on board young Tom
6ft 3 at 18 years old, !!!
Must have a serious grow bag somewhere
My elder son is 6' 4" and he is 16.
interesting signing !!,gives a bit of competition/cover at left back and centre back.
A bit strange tho as we let go Bateson,Smyth and Owens, who could also play in a couple of positions.
Wish the lad all the best, and hope he doesnt turn out like that 6-3 kid from Everton last year

From what i was told, wouldn't be a big loss.
BBC Sports News headline;
"Stanley sign Colchester striker"
Don't you love them .....................

Hell of a squad we got - 40 players.
and a Turner n Putterill.I love that squad list - according to that we've still got a Mullin
Reading the interview on the official site, I like what he has to say. He sounds like he has the right attitude and could be another successful signing, along the lines of Tom Lees. Obviously he'll have a lot to learn, but hopefully everyone will benefit from this move.
Just seen this on BBC's tranfer deadline day ticker :-
1115: THE INSIDER
Down in League Two, Accrington Stanley chief executive Rob Heys tells BBC Sport's Paul Plunkett: "It's going to be a very quiet day. I've told the manager to turn off his phone because he's got enough players. I don't expect any movement … unless Fernando Torres becomes available."

Bit more from our Rob:
Accrington Stanley chief executive Rob Heys tells BBC Sport's Paul Plunkett that one or two of their players might be available: "Sale - Looking to grab a bargain? We're prepared to accept £1m for any two of our players* Sale ends 11pm tonight. *selected players only."

According to the Telegraph, Tom's been included in the Wales U19 squad for 'their trip to Slovenia later this month'.
A little bit of research would have told them that it's for UEFA U19 qualifying matches against Belgium, Scotland and Slovenia. Dates are here: Under-19 - Matches ? UEFA.com

Congratulations to Tom on captaining the Welsh u19s against Belgium on Wednesday. Sadly, they lost 3-0:
