Two potlids.

We are having both pot lids tomorrow....for the day.
Daughter and her hubby are going to be sanding back their floor boards in the downstairs rooms......so the last thing they need are the tiddlers under their feet......or worse, the sander.

I will have my breakfast in peace....and dinner in pieces.
Having one at a time is Ok, but when they get together they can be hellcats.....and Miss Bossy drawers is to put no fine point on it....a heifer.
She will sidle up to Tiddler and give him a thwack......for no other reason than she wants to.....and then she looks at you like butter wouldn't.......and when you tell her off she gives you those goo goo eyes as if to say 'Who, Me?'.....either that or a look of dumb insolence...or worse, evil intent.....'I'm gonna get you back for this'......kind of look.

I think the plan is to take them out for the morning......maybe to Skipton.
We can give them some time feeding the ducks, and walking along the canal bank...if it is fine.
And then when we get back, if the weather holds they can play in the back yard on the wheeled toys.
Failing that, I can see us getting out their Leap Pads and doing some learning through play.
I have a feeling I am going to be a bit frazzled by this time tomorrow.

OH HECK!!! my 2 are off school too, and today they have seriously frazzled me  I am now the owner of a BANGING HEADACHE and i still have a week to go

Did we really argue over stupid little things when we were young?? :(

"I will have my breakfast in peace....and dinner in pieces."
