I agree entirely.
Bring back the personal touch imo.
Sorry to hear what happened,the same thing has happened to me a few times over the years regarding my mum.
It is distressing when it happens and think a massive apology is in order at the very least.

This is why ill people such as cancer patients dont get the treatment they need... because all the money is going into compensation due to the NHS *screw ups* :D

I for one would never dream of claiming compensation, I would be more than happy if I got an apology:(
