At last ! Final whistle and I can post without risking jinxing it !

Now, do we want Lancs Dave's £13 in future, or prefer he stays away ?

[Haggis316]

Well done lads. That's the real Stanley.

Good Night John. This should bump up the attendance for the next home with luck and another win away next week. On Stanley On.

Radio Humberside is our local station.

It will be interesting to hear their account.

Grimsby fans are calling for Buckley's head to Radio Humberside.

Their presenter could not fully remember the name of our stadium.

[Tin Monkey]

We played some nice football at times and fully deserved the win. Grimsby were poor, but the finishing from our lads was superb! The accuracy of Richardson's cross for the final goal was as good as you'd see anywhere and Proctor's run and finish was text book.

I'm not getting carried away as we were allowed to play our game today and excelled at it. However, as someone said to me today, we are beating the teams that are down there with us. If we carry on like that, we won't be in the bottom two come May.

[Wynonie Harris]

I know he didn't score, but Roscoe DSane...what a player!

Agreed, why he hasnt started before is beyond me!!..................Injury?

And David Brown in midfield, the new Craney?

[Tin Monkey]

And David Brown in midfield, the new Craney?

Brown had some superb touches and his reverse pass for Whalley towards the end was first class. I really hope he shows some consistency this season, as Brown's passing and finishing are potentially the answer to some of our problems.

Agree about Dsane too. He was excellent today and never stopped making runs.

[Redash]

Dunbavin was in my opinion Man of the Match.

[MichiganRed]

Any further word on Branch's condition? Dan and Karen were saying he had been knocked unconscious and might have sustained a concussion.
