I know, at around midnight last night i lost my recycling boxes went out to find them in my dressing gown (thats all i had on) and i seen the neighbours peeping from behind their curtains, so i decided to get back in and leave the boxes, went out this morning couldnt find them anywhere in the village, i now have a garden full of recycling but no boxes, i hope this wind stops, its been unsually windy these past few months, as you say roll on the summer
 
just been into town to meet Mick and i nearly got blown away, my hair was wet when i set off, as soon as i got to the bus stop it had dried
 
Today it is snowing ... tonite a chance of snow ... for the weekend snow and flurries ... and in the long range forecast ... wait for it ... snow.
 
No snow today, tho' we had a dusting last night ... quite pleasant, sunny, about -10 (close to -15 with the wind chill) ... but there is an Alberta clipper on the way bringing snow for Friday and Saturday, and it will be a tad on the cool side. Beginning of next week looks good tho.
 
OMG..... how windy is it?? The tree's are threatening to do a backward flip up here.

Well I want a power cut!! We have had an Earth quake....no chance of a tsunami... so lets just settle for a simple power cut.... :D
 
any one else losing their tv signal cos of the wind... its so windya nd raining so hard that it sounded like the window was gunna break!!!!!
 
My god....the rain is soo bad that the wind has blown it against my door, now its coming under the door. I have had to block it off with towels :eek:

I have switched from Sky to Freeview
I just heard an ominous rattle that sound like the roof tiles were lifting
 
I'm not too bad. We changed to BT Vision in December, we never have any problems now. Sky was a pain in the arse for going off if a leaf blew past :rolleyes:
Poor dog didn't know whether she was coming or going when it used to make that sound, when the pic was breaking up :D
