don't know if its related to the wind you guys got, but the weather is crazy here at the minute.

And now actually back to thread. We've now had about 12 hours of some wicked wind. It's going about 15 - 20 mph steady with gusts up to ~50 mph. Have quite a bit of clean-up to do with branches down and some stirofoam sheets now broken up and blowing through the pasture and woods.

Know what you mean Sara .. will let you know if I find anyone .. flier through my door, must have spotted the broken tiles on my drive ...little reluctant, but you never know.
Best thing is, tonight... reported the damage to my Buildings Insurance Company (only £ 50 excess) .. explained my problem. They gave me a reference number, told me to get an estimate from a qualified builder/roofer and only to come back to them if it was over £500. Send in the bill, I could pay workman (they would recompense me), or they would pay direct .. full stop. Their surveyors are busy at mo.
Hassle free, or what !
