I have finished my nights this morning. After dropping the car off to have a part fitted, I traipsed home and went to bed for a couple of hours. I am on the early shift tomorrow, so I won't know what day it is. It's a bit of a quick turn around, but at least it gives me time off at weekend. Sparks is probably going away on Monday so I'll be able to spend some time with him.
He will come to see me tonight but he reckons that I'm a grumpy unappreciative old b*gger when I've just come off nights. Hehehe, the truth is that I'm just plain tired...... I appreciate his company very much, but can never really be bothered to do anything except lounge on the settee nodding...... I know...... I'm just fantastic company aren't I?
We may be going to Morecambe tomorrow evening to watch Stanley. It should be a good laugh and no doubt I'll sleep all the way home in the car after my early shift, so I hope I'm not driving......
