Wow!!!

I’ve taken the tablets and despite still being sore I have been to bed and slept like a log. I feel better for having a sleep and only hope that it continues. I wish I had gone to the Urgent Care Centre last night now but thought that it was probably just a stiff neck that would resolve itself and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time.
Sparks now has a work e mail address so I am now able to e mail him. I have no idea when he will be home but he says that Wroclaw is a nice city and it’s not as cold as he expected.
I’m off to make some tea now before I take the next lot of pills and end up zonked out again.

hmmm had message off sparks, asking how Linden is getting on with work experience at his place, I'm sure he said he would be back round about 25th as in my reply I said its a shame his work experience will be over by then! (Linden did come home yesterday and told me one of the lads was away in Poland!!)
