this is a trojan, how the hell do i get rid of it? ive got AVG and AVAST on my pc AND adaware and nothings shifting it

Ken i've tried that one, Richard sent it to me earlier, its too confusing, ive done everything it said and i still cant get my head around it :(
 
I'VE DONE ITTTTTTTTTT YAYYYYYYYYYYY lol, i turned all mi music off and actually read through it properly, and its gone now :D...ken i love you ;) karma sent :D
