Hi Steve !.. Hope you are well and enjoying life. !..I received some sad news this morning that our Olly is now laid low with the rigour of Alzheimers Disease, which is bringing problems in so many ways. Just wondered if you were able to share any details with me. My best thoughts are with him, and of course your good self..As a Nanogenarian now, like Muddy Waters I reckon that I'm " going down slow " and am relegated to watching the Reds via IPTV from the comfort of my armchair !.
Take good care of yourself, Alan.
Hey Diane.!..
Thanks for your reply, I was saddened to hear of the deterioration in your Mums health. I can only assure both of you that my kindest thoughts are winging her way as I write.Do pass on my love to her !.
As for you and I, it is good that although it's via the virtual wilderness that our friendship is maintained.
Do take good care of yourself !.. xx
Seamus will be out tonight Groin Paddy unwell but young Smith is back from Buxton and over his illness training went well yesterday .Keeper got injured hope he's ok for tonight.(don't post above.
Hi Alan, lovely to hear from you - i'm afraid i didn't renew my season ticket this year (first time in donkeys years) so I've just been picking my games.
I've migrated from the main stand to.the Clayton End when I do go - various reasons for that.
Mum can't go anymore, she moved into a care home a few months ago as she now has Alzheimers & it got to the stage where she was neither safe or very happy at home. She's only round the corner from me so I can see her regularly & she's doing ok, I'll tell.her you were asking how she is.
Haven't seen Cashy for ages, I believe he has dementia now bless him - not sure if he still.goes to the footy.
Glad you're still.enjoying watching Stanley even if it's from home, it definetly has it's advantages particularly in winter.
Take care of yourself, fingers crossed we get the 3 points tonight, Up The Reds x
Hi Diane. !..
Hope you're fit and well and enjoying life !.
As a nonagenarian now , I find it difficult to get around , and sit on those seats in the main stand !..So it's Sky+ sat in my armchair in front of the fire these Saturday's I'm afraid.
Let me know how things are with you and Mum ... Is Olly ( Cashy) still around..
Take good care of yourselves !..On Stanley, On. !. XX
