Pentax K30- that's a £500-£600 camera. You need to deliver a lot of newspapers to buy one of those, although I bet he's more upset he left his Swizzells Love Hearts behind.

Something is very wrong here .
If the 'owner' is bankrupt the building and his businesses are in the hands of the Administrators. He has no rights to offer access, ask or take rent/money or anything...
