It is one of the reasons I like to have nice feet-but also it scares me how many folk don't seem to care how cracked or dry their feet get!I could probably think of ten people I know...

One thing I do 'suffer' from a lot is cracked dry skin on feet, I've not found a 'cure' for this as I get it from running and being on my feet at work.

I think it has been used to relieve constipation so that would make sense. I've found it very useful in health and beauty treatments when used externally, though.

I use mostly castor and coconut oils as I've detailed above.
Refined products are the worst. I'd be more inclined to use soya oil than to eat any products made from the soya bean. I wouldn't eat...

I tried the banana thing once and ended up with loads of bits of banana stuck in my hair for days even after using shampoo! That was fun :D

I use bicarb of soda on my face as an exfoliant as well, mixed into a paste with water-I find salt grains a bit too harsh..

Avocado is great mashed up as a face mask , especially if you have dry...
