Try this, had to take a few frames out and loose some quality as well

Just found an easier way to do these avatars if anyone else is interested.
When you post a picture on the forum it always shows a thumbnail of it below your post, the thumbnail version always comes...

This is the right size now, altered the colours a touch as well and sharpened

Just re-size the picture in your photo editing software
If it is animated open the file and take a few frames out
