I see that someone has renovated the steps from the Plantation street end. Is the council spending the money before the`ve got it ??

If this thing does`nt now need to be situated on a prominent point on the landscape ( Though I thought that was the point!) how about building it on the site of Huncoat Power station, formerly home...

....and how will they get JCB`s up there. The paths are either too narrow or too steep. Nice to see that this has been well thought out and has the money for renovation of this "rundown spot" been...

It`s just a job to her, which she is pretty good at but having lived in Ossy all her life she probably needed her Shurmers to find the Coppice

Just been up to the reference library and found that the coppice land was gifted by the Peel family to the Borough of Accrington...but with CERTAIN CONDITIONS.. I could`nt find what they were but...

No doubt these humps will be used by motor bikers and mountain bikes for doing jumps, so they could close the skate parks and save even more money....

Planning objections would be for disturbing the wildlife, though this panopticon is meant to encourage people up the Coppice and I suspect Mid Pennine Arts hav`nt planned for any additional car...
