I doubt councillors are responsible for ordering where and when bin collections should be anyway. They should be there to find out who is/what is going on though.

That doesn't explain my question though. Obviously the county council had grit in stock, it's Winter after all. We've had the worst winter in what, 50 years, and it looks like the grit stocks have...

I think it does matter. If all the roads were gritted I doubt that people would be being sent home!
