Re: Today in pictures

Good shout, Stevie R, but looking at Early Gentians, I don’t think it’s that. (Btw, amazed that it’s claimed UK is only place in the world to find early gentian).
My photo is not that clear but I...

Re: Crewe away match thread.

No complaints about the result.
Clearly canít rely on Chelsea kids to win games - both Uwakwe and Russell are too lightweight and knocked off the ball but I donít think there was a Stanley player...

Re: Crewe away match thread.

Stanley over complicating things, trying fancy flicks, and hospital passes to a colleague three yards away. Rodgers up against good winger and showing his lack of game time. Crewe settled after...

Re: Super Sean McConville

Letís hope it does more than work on it. 31 years of age a bit late to figure out you donít pull hair in the playground.
Hope in the lay off heís been maintaining his corner-taking ability as...

Re: Shrewsbury town thread

Tbh, I thought Coley look tired, never mind the players. But no rest for the next month with two games a week.

Re: Shrewsbury town thread

Feel like Stanley were fortunate to come away with a point. Poor. But could have been worse.

Re: Shrewsbury town thread

Poor performance from Stanley. Shrews easily won that half, thank heavens they couldnít find the net. Looks like they see Butcher as the danger as thereís sometimes three players on him.
Letís hope...

Re: Shrewsbury town thread

Subs for subs sake? If the eleven who played on Wednesday are fit, whatís the purpose of starting differently?
Iím sure any of the squad would do a good job but Professor Coleman seems to have the...

Re: Doncaster away thread.

Thatís the famous bit of luck every team looks for.
Looked like the goalie would have saved it without the deflection.

Re: 2020/21 Prediction League; Game 15 v Shrewsbury Town (home)

Two fantastic performances against top teams, and now a home game against Shrewsbury....methinks the VG of F will be looking for a human sacrifice.

0-2 !

When I watched the away game at Plymouth, iFollow had a time lag to beat that.

Re: Doncaster away thread.

Great result and performance from Stanley.
Only downside was, as 28 suggested, corners and free kicks being consistently over hit from Philips. But thatís a minor whinge on what was a good battling...

Re: Doncaster away thread.

Strong 30 minutes from Donny but Stanley grew into it and Smythís determination got him a good goal. Well done lads, keep concentration.

Re: Bits & Bobs

Thatís maybe because it looked at least a good shout for a penalty from the one angle shown and lots of fans of lots of clubs are aware that Drysdale is a prima donna and, consequently, a pretty crap...

Re: Bits & Bobs

Thanks, Josh.
To clarify, am I right in thinking that, unless 501 fans sign on via the Stanley web site for an away game, Stanley get nowt.
Same as if it was a ‘normal’ away game!
But, for the...
