When I worked in the Bank we had "trade waste" stickers which we had to pay for and the rubbish would not be collected from the bank premises unless it had a sticker on. This was something to do with non-residential premises being charged more for their waste and chargeing us for the stickers was how they did it. It was always collected at the same time as everyone else's rubbish though.
