i agree that yes council should be tough on litter but i tried to put me rubbich out the morning before collection day before i went to work. (i would have been putting it out in a dark alley at midnight otherwise
) I was told off by a neighbour they told me if i could not put me rubbich out on the day of the collection to leave it till the week after. which seems very unhygienic to me. ???
