Im like you westender if somethings not right it really bothers me, i got an extra bag with my shopping delivery which was someone elses, my conscious got the better of me [couldnt deprive someone of their goods i wouldnt be amused if it was me], so i rang the store & told them about it, to which they replied 'keep it, dont worry about it, the other person will get their bag order, consider it compliments from our mistake, normally people dont tell us usually, thanks for telling us', so got to keep it with my conscious cleared & honesty kept. Same happened again when they replaced a broken item cos it was buy one get one free, they gave me 2 instead of the replacement one, so went to the driver to hand him back the extra one - he just said dont worry u keep it - enjoy.

I beleive honesty is the best policy for my own conscious sake & it has its rewards They would just say {hopefully for good customer relations** as it was error from the staff not that u had taken it, so beleive they would not ask for it back & thank you for your concern so that their staff takes more care in future or clear up the fact it could of been a reduced offer or something legit so therefore puts your mind at rest
