Went out last night with a big group of people but it turned out that there were 13 of us going for a meal. When we got there, the table was sat for 14 and the restaurant owners had put a teddy bear in the 14th place.
Do other restaurants do that?
BTW - we went to Richmond's in Blackburn and apart from chipping my tooth (I hit it with a fork - don't ask
) the meal was amazingly good.
Apart from us though there was only one other group of 5 people in the whole place plus one couple who took one look at us rowdy lot and left after their first course.
