I got a real bargain recently on Ebay but spent 3 weeks waiting patiently for it to be delivered,with very little (but polite) communication from the seller.
I paid via paypal within 2 minutes of winning the item and usually the payment goes straight to the seller, but this time it said the payment had to be claimed.Anyone i sent numerous messages telling the seller this.
Anyway this morning i recieved my bargain
but the seller still has not claimed my payment.......what should i do?what are my rights?(as in if i cancel the payment will i get in trouble?)....im asking because the payment has come up on my credit card statement ready for me to pay.
Any link to information RE this situation would be appreciated, as well as comments from you lot(
) as i cant find any info myself.
