The majority of people are quite happy in their own bubble and very little offends anyone. I think people are far too sensitive about what they can or can't do these days. That goes for companies too - they're not racist, just sensitive about what people will say or do that they impose stricter rules and guidelines and it comes across as racist or anti-white, etc.

I agree with you Gayle.
I have two Muslim friends similar to your friends.I think it must be difficult for decent living Muslims for the reasons given in your quote and the ravings of extremist Muslims who try to indoctrinate these communities.
I think the over sensitive approach regarding ethnic issues does not help.
Many quotes on this site from people regarding ethnic groups or issues are written so distorted because there perceived so sensitive that they become ridiculous.
