The park was opened for the people of Ossy, no view is ever guaranteed where ever we are. The cameras the neighbourhood watch moniters, also helps identify vandals, were it couldn't when it was in the old place in the trees behind the Stop.

Yes I agree with you there on the park being open, not only to the people of ossy, but to all people from near and far, it's a public place, and there for all to enjoy including the new play area, but when you get grandparents taking their grandchildren in to the park...play area during the day, and are getting abuse from the 14/15/16 year old yobs that are in the play area, that's not right. As for the cameras they would be better with us squirels in the trees behind the play area, get a better view from there.

LOL, don't worry, the letter l read was an open letter, it was read @ a meeting. l've not broken the offical secret act, and it was signed & l know it's from neither of you.

Again l agree with you: but cheek from teens has nothing to do with the sighting or lighting of the play area. lt happens sadly all over. l suspect like me you've tried to stop them playing footy on the balling green, or tried to explain that my grandpa was killed in France aged 21, and we consider the war memorial his grave, when they're sat drinking on it, or even just tied to go to a shop after dark when they rule the streets.

From neither of you  Not learned joined together writing yet, us squirels are a little slow at that sort of thing, but climbing trees, well you've seen us go  if you live near our park that is.

No, it hasn't, but it's a little beyond cheek, its offensive, and intimidating. As for the lighting, will the "teens" linger longer after dark once they have the light, who knows only time and us squirels will be able to tell, we'll let you know :)

I was almost killed on a Zebra crossing the other week, the pillock was driving at full speed and was on a mobile phone,he just missed me by a whisker,I was four stripes across the road and wearing a nuclear yellow coat, it was 9.40 am,pitty the old bloke crossing the other way was' nt quicker at walking cos he could have got him as well!
just to make things worse he started shouting abuse at us! he drove off very fast so we could'nt get his number, good luck with the crossing, just hope drivers bother to stop when it's used!

Several letters were sent to the council complaining about the play area by Park Lane residents. A few of them were very amusing. I know my spelling is bad but one I read would have been better written by my 7 year old. I still remember which house number it was from :D. I wish I was good at palming because I would have loved to post it on here.
