i reported one in Baxenden last year, they do come out and fix them pretty quick once reported
my sisters car had a blow out due to it

I saw the one on Ne Lane this morning at 6.15am and managed to avoid it even at 50mph

Holes fixed! Spoke with the Highway's Dept. on Tuesday who advised they would refer it for inspection (could take 10 days) and when going up this morning I see it's been covered and tarmaced. Jobs a good un and thanks to all for the pointers, I'll be contacting them again..
