Yes, Tandy was down towards the bottom of Union Street on the Kwiksave/Tesco side. I can remember buying a small calculator there for 99p probably in the mid-80s. I had it for years and it never gave me any problems!

tandys was about half way down on the left hand side as you came up union street next to the cake shop it then became carphone warehouse in the early 00,s about 2001 i think the manager was called bill and i think the cake shop was greggs till it moved but not sure
