ummm used to fly over to isle of man regular and always picked up some manx kippers ...they were sooo yummy...

Regardless of what people suspect, I'm partial to a bit of Finny every now and again.:D

I'm also famous for my Kedgeree, which has lots of lovely smoked Haddock in.:)

Just been checking.. haddock is not a kipper.. I've tried haddock and it's very nice.. but I don't think it is classed as a Kipper.
