Boneless Kippers
Just had a plate of kippers.. got them from tesco.. in the bag type with a dab of butter, they were very tasty.. but had some fine bones in em.. this is 2007!.. so can anyone tell me were I can purchase kippers with no bones at all?

Not sure that you can Mancie, think its luck of the draw, may have a better chance at fish market though.

you can't, fish have bones, eat them and weep :D
or pay someone to chew all your food for you as they did in medieval times :D |

nope, you can get 'parts' of them without bones, not all them, fish are a bit different in physiology

you will be hard pressed to find a boned kipper unfortunately
as the bones are too fine to remove without destroying the whole fillet (i know i tried it once ) |

Just looked up that what is known in Lancashire as Finny Haddock, is really called Finnon Haddock! Well you learn something new everyday.
