Does the RSPCB know he's put a bell on its tail and calls it BUBBLEs?? No wonder it flew away from him!

lol I'ts named after my dad mr bubbles as a joke because he's the birds owners best mate.
It has a bell on so it can be heard when he takes it out to fly it.

Saw a Peregrine up at Wigan the other year, its taken round town by it's handler (paid for by the Council) as a pest control to keep all the mickeys (pigeons) away & off the streets, also down at the training area here, there's a German fella that has one & goes after the crows, really impressive animals.

A weeks a long time really - has he caught it yet? I suppose that depends how well it's trained - how much is he worth - aviary bred?

Here's a wild one that left the nest...

So I guess he never found his peregrine? Or he's keeping it quiet!

I wondered too if it had been found, hope so.

Have been watching a bird this week whilst up Ossy Moors ... sure it is a common one, but can't just identify it.

It hovers and glides (without flapping its wings) and then dives down suddenly. Looks about the size of a dove with larger wing span. Any ideas Kestrel ?
