phones not working - anyone elses or just mine ?
just tried to dial out and nothing is happening ?? - could there a fault on the line somewhere? how do I find out ? - I am with virgin ...
or are other folks phones down too ? |

Have you got another phone you can try in place of your normal one? One of the first things they will ask is if you are sure it isn't your phone. You need to ring ASAP and they will transfer incoming calls to your mobile.
