Rishton UDC Medal
I am currently trying to track down anyone with a Rishton Urban District Council medal.
Since they haven't been produced for over 35 years I'm probably into the realms of family heirlooms by this time but if anyone knows either ex-councillors or their families please could you get in touch. Thanks.
