I live in Vilamoura, Algarve. Know Huelva quite well....we go shopping at Cote Inglęs from time to time - always get lost in the centre, every single time we go!!! Yeah, I left in 76 but I bet you Jolleys was still the headmaster back in your days. Probably Mr Day and Mr Green were there too. Do you work in Spain? I am running an interior decoration business (have done so for the last 13yrs) but it is v.quiet with this recession and I doubt this year is going to be a good one. Only people I see making money down here right now are supermarkets and security alarm companies.

I Live in Gibraleon not Huelva it's self. its very near though and I go there quite often. I have only just moved here when my wife and I retired, but I have had my home here for some time. It should be great if it ever stops raining.

Jolleys, green and day were indeed at St Christopher's when I was there, as was Miss Thornton, she took me for geography I thought she was ok.

Re: St Christopher's

I heard Mrs Thornton died fairly recently. However, Mr Jolleys is supposedly still alive!!!
Isn´t this weather awful....never stopped raining (with the driving wind too) since mid-December. I reckon we will all develop webbed-feet soon, if this wet weather doesn´t stop soon. Oh well, roll on summertime......

I knew Christine Fic. Lived up Poulton Ave or therabouts. wore a red leather coat when she used to knock around the Dahlia and the deck with Twig and Kathleen Jackson.

Thought she was living somewhere around Blackpool? Perhaps she's moved.

Martin

Small fella, wore horn-rimmed specs at that time, used to knock around with Cec and Geoff, older brothers of her mate in the 70's, Wendy.
