Lost Family from Accrington

My name is Richard from Darwin Australia. My father was born in Manchester and came to Australia in 1912

I am trying to help out an old friend who is looking for his relatives who were born in Accrington.
Their names were Ruth Hunter born 1938 and David Hunter born 1943
My friend is 79 years old and has no known living relatives.

Regard Richard

Joseph Hunter Married Eve Gregory 1935

I will add a bit more information on the Hunter family and hope it will jog someones memory.
Joseph Hunter married Eva Gregory in 1935 and during WW2 they lived at 81 Dowry St Accrington when Ruth and Edward were born.
Joseph Hunter worked at the Calico Print works
