Yes it was Chris and Simon  The silly owd ****** said he hadn't realised what it was. He thought it was root growth from the scyamores (DUH ....... they have different leaves) and apologised saying he likes the trees as much as me and it would have been left to flourish had he known ......... What else could I say :o I have took photos incase of anything else but I've put one on of the poor horsechestnut ........... my anger has just turned to dismay now :( !

Re: Tree Murders!!
Leave the stump in Tinks….you might get some new growth from that……Is it in your garden or is it on the field side? If it’s in the Garden its aggravated vandalism and trespass, if it’s on the field side aggravated vandalism of public property…

Re: Tree Murders!!
sorry to hear about your trees tinks!a neighbour is aloud to trim branches that hang over there garden on condition they throw them back over to your property, but if they have been over onto your property to kill the tree, you can get them done for tresspass and willful damage.
have you not been in touch with accywebs special branch yet?.....(TWIG).........:D |
Re: Tree Murders!!
:o Prosecute the “gentleman of uncertain parentage” Trespass and vandalism. Tell him you want compensation are you’ll nail his dumplings to your Sycamores….. Its not funny when these idiots take action like this and plead innocents through stupidity….what the fairy in a hole was he doing in your garden in the first place?
I wish I could use proper swear words like the other big boys…. |
