Well i was v peed off the other nite some dope was setting fireworks off at 2.40am:( i was not amused being woken up.

i really dont get it!!!! why cant they just wait to celebrate at the proper time...i love bonfire night!!! i get real excited every year!!!

Problem is with the older teens piggin about with them thinking its funny but nrly 3am was beyond a joke!!

When Mummiboo was little they would build a bon fire in our back garden.
There were potatoes roasting in the fire.
I would be in the kitchen cleaning up muddy foot prints and dishing out parkin and treacle toffee.
one year Mummiboo and her sister disided to invite half the street.
A couple of days before hand I would ask them if they wanted fire works or a toy.
They always picked the fireworks with a little influence from there dad.

We might not have had fireworks but now we know how our neighbours felt when we were singing on the park at 3am and we aren't even 'piggin teens'! :rofl38:

I dont know Spuggie suppose the shopkeepers have them behind the counter for special requests LOL but somehow they manage it, tho tonights edition looked a bit more professional.

The fireworks have stopped, I think they start selling them quite early, we still have a big box of them in our garage from last year though, I did think you could be fined if you were caught letting them off after 10pm?
