I still can't see more than a jumble of people on top of a little UK. Am I supposed to be able to zoom in?

Bottom right of pic there are zoom buttons, click on a dot and you see the person who lives at that particular area

It didnt recognise Clayton le Moors, it kept putting me in Canada (umm not a bad Idea)
