Click here to enter where you live, I have set up a page for Accyweb users to pinpoint their locations, I know theres lots in the Accy area but will be nice to see how far afield people are.
You only list the town name, you don't put address details in

I dont think so Spuggie as you dont actually put your address in just the town, it seems to place you anywhere in the town, think I might be homeless soon as I am in the area that all the houses are being demolished! but that won't be a bad thing, the railway line behind me is really noisy:)

I wish I could have made the map a little more interesting - but I'm afraid I'm from Accy too - although I now seem to be a little too close to the railway lines than I would like!!! Never mind - it could've been worse - they could have dumped me in the canal across the road!

Following on from this, I just found an interesting tool that pinpoints everybody who visits the site automatically using the IP address, although it doesn't know which username and only sort of points out where your ISP is connecting you from :) Have a look towards the bottom of the page for a little icon that says Geo Visitors and click on that....

It doesn't put the exact location, it puts the location your ISP is connecting you from... which means you lot on Bulldog are probably responsible for the connections from India :) hehe...

It looks a lot more interesting now than it did this morning, just me and me dad and he was marked up as connecting from the isle of man!

Grrrr.... you people, I am a full time webmaster. I make my money from internet advertising, this supports my family. Please refrain from blatently telling me you have ad blockers running, it doesn't make me feel very good. :(

Well I've been put in a park in the middle of Blackburn and I can wave to Len who's just across the road in the other half of the park. Weird as we both live at opposite ends of Great Harwood really!!!! :confused: :) ;)

Keep checking the site if you want to change where it has placed you, you will soon be able to edit it, the site owners are working on it and say it will soon be usable

We were wandering if the Westley Clock is still there ,also has Accrington a new Fire Station , i remember the old one when it opened around 1935 it was at that time considerd the most modern Fire Station in England,also is the Arcade still there

Hi, Accrington has a new fire station on Hyndburn Road, been there a few years now, Do you mean the Victorian Arcade? yes that is still there, though a few empty shops in it at the mo which is sad.
