I'd deduct karma from you, but that would be childish.

He didn’t say anything about children dieing in Christmas fires. I think fireman would confirm that it’s foolish to leave naked flames and paper based decorations unattended and or children unsupervised at anytime. The same could be said of over doing the Christmas lights and overloading the standard domestic circuits. I don’t think anyone is that stupid to make jokes of such a distressing subject? I can tell you that a close friend died two years ago in a Christmas fire and five years before that a daughter of a friend lost a child and had another badly burned and scared by the same fire. She herself was also badly injured.

Are there any more houses near you already festooned with fairy lights, trees, and Santas?

I'm sorely tempted to play their game and post them a Happy Easter card through their door.

Did sombody say something about silly jokes.......:p.

Doug I know you are still mourning the loss of Lord Litchfield, so I'll be gentle with you.;)

If you do light a candle for him do be careful though, hot air is highly combustible.;)

No, I think it just another example of one’s opinion being rammed down the throats of others. If someone challenges you or try’s to alleviate a difficult situation you go on the rampage. Maybe a little thought to the fact that not everyone’s opinion will agree with yours.
