You can still get out of Fern Gore via Ossy! :D Oddly enough there don't seem to be any typical accident signs (broken glass mangled cars that kind of thing) and I didn't hear anything which I normally do from here if there's an accident at the junction.:( Could it be something more sinster? The only way I knew about it was Busman popped home and said "How come you're not out there with your camera phoographing that for the AccyWeb? |

I've just been talking to someone who told me that the child was run over by a 4x4. That sent a chill down me - exactly the same thing happened to Mimi on Queens Rd West 3 years ago. :(

Geez bloody twice incidents in a week on willows lane!!!! I only said last week its was lucky no kid was knocked over & now this:( I bet they will be putting some form of road calming measures now!!

At least the police seem to be doing a proper job this time and taking measurements and everything. Perhaps this will be what it takes to do something better with that stupid junction.
My thoughts and prayers are with the poor child and family who must be going through hell. :( |

The police have now finished their measuring and the road is open again.

They seriously need to do something about that road. The bend is hard enough to judge for a adult let alone a child. You cannot see cars if you are crossing the road across from your house Willow. And there are always cars parked on the bend, as it shows in the picture :( |
