Noooooooooooooo! I don't like it! I can't walk when there's snow on the ground. I can't balance. :( I hope we don't have any tomorrow because I'm supposed to be teaching a lesson at church and if it's bad underfoot I won't be able to get there because we won't have Busman. :(

Yeh been monitoring it on metcheck according to that tuesday is the highest risk of snow [darn typical shopping day an all:(] mind u we are to get a bit tonight & tommoz lightly tho. Hope it does it when i dont have to go out & i can sit in my loverly warm central heated house all cosy watching the snow fall - nice:D

& i made sure i got enough gas for till midweek at least:eek: hope we dont get snowed in lol

You welcome Grego i have it in my browser fav's - quite reliable & updates regular, good for weather warnings knew about the storms on thurs a week before, also they forcast the cold snap before the news lol odd occaisions can be wrong ie usually when forcasting lightening/thunder lol

It isn't that reliable. I have been using this site for nearly 2 years now. Foe about 5 weeks it has been saying snow......then the dy before it's supposed to they push it back a week lol. The weather will do what the weather will do and I don't think they have a sodding clue to be honest.

Ah you just reminded me of the first time i introduced rusty to snow 2 yrs ago pmsl!!!! he just didnt know what to make of it and ran in the house and cowered under table. heehee so we did it in stages and he loves it now . last year he were out on street playing snowballing with everyone .inc me :D

We're finally getting our first snowfall. About 3 inches so far but coming down pretty thick and staying cold (23F)(finally). Billcat being further north is probably getting a better dousing though.

Now that puts in a pickle slinky. This is our first so I've already requested, for the children of course, that this snow stays put for a bit.

However, if I were so kind, and had the kind of pull Rindy has with Mother Nature, to send it your way, I'm afraid that old warm ocean current we send your way would just turn it all into rain.

The snowfall turned into an icy rain. Had to go into town to pick Annie up from work. Roads were really treacherous but lucky to have 4 wheel drive in the truck. Hopefully it'll stay cold. The kids are off school tom. and the sledding should be extra fast if the icy conditions hold.

Well I have just watched the weather and it says we are to get snow tonight. I thought " OH YEAH we need cloud first" looked out the window and!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where the hell did that cloud come from??
