Shame I didn't see this thread earlier in the day. I'm a qualified Vick applier and had some appointment times free. Never let anyone apply Vick that hasn't been trained otherwise it can make things worse. ;)

Can you explain that ? It proves the point that you should never let people apply Vick untrained, NOWHERE on the training course I attended did I have to sit on anyone :rolleyes:

I cant see it ...but to reach all those places be as well sitting to do the rub on job proper;) :D

i found whisky worked for me, although i hate the stuff, whisky lemon n hot water
