Well i thought i was going to die last night (mick had this last week) anyway i was in bed and i was soooo cold just couldnt warm up i had goosebumps but i was burning up really bad i couldnt sleep at all about 5am i thought i was going to die because i thought i dont sweat when i get hot i just over heat and i was soo thirsty but i couldnt get up because i felt like i would faint! lol so then i worried more thinking i was going to just dehydrate and die.

Stop laughing!

Im am now still alive but still feel like rubbish!

I'm with you on that one mummiboo, have never ached all over so much in my life :( ...well maybe I have but not due to illness ;)

Yeh i felt like that yesterday & the night before didnt sleep at all, tho least last night i slept like a baby to the point i forgot to set my alarm & luckily woke up 2 mins before it anyway LOL. Still snozzy but up & about today so feeling a little brighter, i passed my annual health check anyways altho my BP was slightly up [np power lol, firemen passing me by on way to doc's lol], they put it down to the 20min walk to get to my appointment & passed fine:D

Well about 4 weeks ago I got a bad throat infection and flu. Got anti biotic's for that.

Now it looks like it's back. Started with a very sore throat last night and head ache. Took 2 Solpodol ( which normally knock me out for rest of the night) and went to bed. All night I felt really, really hot, but I was cold and clammy. Finally fell asleep at 5:30am after keep throwing quilt off.......pulling it back over me... cos I was cold then hot then cold....:(

Today my throat feels a little better.......but I'm sooo lethargic and tired.

I have just had 11 days off work holidays.

I have had a terrible week........don't feel even the slightest bit refreshed, and I have to go back tomorrow.:(:(


I'm bloody sick of it.

(whispering)....well, this is the first year that I haven't had bad bronchitis.
I thought I was going to be ill about 3 weeks ago...started with a sore throat, aching muscles and a temp. I took steam inhalations about every 4 hours and it went away in a couple of days......just had a cough for two days, but no nasty racking cough and sore ribs......so all you lot......keep away from me. I don't want your bugs. (but I hope you all feel better soon:) )
