He says he hit her once and then twice more. He actually hit her 5 times. It's a bit worrying that he didn't know how many times he was hitting her. Maybe he didn't know how much force he was using either?

He did know Wiow,he has actually admitted to hitting her' as hard as he physically could do using brute force'

whats more worrying to me is the damage she caused and the danger she was to the public,and people are more bothered about how she was arrested.

They should have just maced her, then she couldn't bleat about being hit whilst avoiding arrest.

Exactly he hit her as hard as he physically could 5 times and because he hit her in the arm makes it all ok!:mad: I dont think so! she was not some 20 stone girl with the strength of an ox, she was of slight build and was held quite comfortably by the 3 officers that held her there was no call for her to be punched full force in the arm 5 times! Is this the way of the police now oh you graffiti on the wall now get behind it while i kick the daylights out of you!

The damage to the car should be dealt with in court not the boxing ring!

well said 3 of them to hit her thats not on they could use other method

Funny how a lot of the men on here think its ok to hit a girl as hard as you can,if two police officers cant hold a nine stone girl down,perhaps they need retraining?

She's lucky she lives in England and the police have to make sure any subduing of an offender is by reasonable force. If she'd have been coming out of a club drunk, causing criminal damage and resisting arrest in, say, Spain, she'd have got a lot worse than that.

It seems extreme to us because of the softly softly approach our coppers have to adhere too.

if i had caught her damaging my car it would have been a punch to the face not the arm and the same applies to anyone regardless of their gender

an i think they did what they thought was right, the fact is she shouldnt have done what she did in the first place, then none of this would not have happened!!:rolleyes:

Whatever she did in the first place is for a court to decide...and if found guilty its for a Judge to decide the punishment..I still say the police would have handled this differently if it had happened on a street with the public watching.

if you think that was a big deal mancie,you should have been arrested in the late 60s.;) the trouble with courts my friend is the victim rarely gets Justice. but no-one seems to care about that! she,ll probably get community service and the victim ****** all only probably increased insurance premiums. then after court the poor girl will probably have a crack at compensation. it makes me PUKE.

Ooooo does this mean i can go go and wreck someones car when i've had a fit and get away with it? :D

If she can run upstairs like that during a fit i should be a lot fitter than what i am!

When i have one all i know is i feel doped up and want to go home to bed and sleep it off.

If she was going into a fit while falling down the stairs then surely the policeman would have realised what was going on. The parents and the girl are using the epilepsy has an excuse and its giving us epileptics a bad name. We have enough hassles as it is without someone doing this.

As far as i can see she was resisting arrest and the policeman was doing his job.

All I have to say is what she said. But the copper should be praised and allowed to get back to keeping order. I'd fine the woman £1000 for wasting police time and give a 12 month exclusion order from entering the town centre.
