Thanks.

Oh so sorry to hear that Margaret. Do you know the family??

They used to live at the bottom of our street...moved just over 12 months ago. The lad isn't a tearaway...or at least he wasn't when he lived in the street. I feel for his poor Mum....she must be out of her mind with worry.

Tut what a shame. Hope he recovers. His poor family must be devastated and sick with worry.:(

Whilst this has been a devastating accident, I would like to commend the emergency services on their fantastic work & their excellent response times.

I saw the car go past the pub on my cctv at 10:06pm, the first ambulance went past at 10:10pm. 4 minutes to arrive is pretty damn good.

I hope this poor lad pulls through, does anyone know what he was doing in the boot in the first place??
why was he in there, was it a prank or did he go in on his own accord?

looks like he was sat in the back of the car, because no room on the seats. at first i was thinking a enclosed boot where you cant see anything.

I just thought I would update you on this thread.
I have been speaking to Lee's Mum this morning and she tells me that lee is being moved out of intensive care and into the High Dependency Unit today......he is making slow progress and will probably need to go into a rehab facility...........his future is, at the moment uncetain. What is known is that his road to recovery is going to be a long one.
Thank you to all of you who prayed for this young man.
