So what do you wish to do with them? Perhaps you think the sentences they were given are adequate? With time off for this and that, I'm sure they'll be out in a few years, ready to wreak havoc on some other poor sod. Perhaps you think that's an acceptable state of affairs?

Now thats a very large contrediction there and I cant fathom out why.

We dont have to kill them so sentance them to life without parole and in solitary confinement. Oh sorry cant do that its against their human rights to do that. They caused the death of a vunerable innocent person with their actions videoed the humiliation starved him oh and dont forget tortured him. Where were his human rights in this?

Sitting on the fence is not the answer because that has lead to half the problems we have because people cant/wont say/do anything about it!!

There is half a statement I agree with :). Capital punishment is never the answer as all it does is lower ourselves to depths of the protaganist.

Also it is a self defeating ideal. (How many times can you kill someone, if they kill once they are more likely to kill again as there is no more that can be done.)

Yes these 3 scumbags should be banged up for a good length of time and let the general prison populace know how they killed this poor unfortunate soul. Yes prison is meant to be a punishment but it is also meant to be a rehabilitation.

So yes rehabiltate but also make them suffer in the meanwhile.
