lol oh well if i hear anythin ill be watchin lol i usualy hear everything from our bedroom theres be severel nites were iv put my pillow over my head just to get a bit of sleep lol

Herbal medicine is a hobby of mine - you have to be careful with some of it if you are taking prescription meds at the same time, but it wont give you nasty side effects like some docs meds do.

yea nobody was carted of infact the police diddnt even come so how many nites do you rekon were not gunna get any sleep? so far iv had 1 nites sleep lol

Iused to take Quiet Life Tabs when I was on night duty....and they did helpme sleep, but without the hang-over feeling when you woke up....and i also used to take them before exams to calm me down.....they worked for me.
